摘　　要：胃癌是消化系统最常见的肿瘤,手术是胃癌治疗的主要手段,而胃癌主要通过淋巴结转移为主,胃癌术前N分期对手术指导具有重要意义,本文就国内外影像学对于胃癌术前N分期的研究进展进行综述。Surgery is the major mean of treatment of gastric cancer. Lymph node metastases of gastric cancer is the main way of metastasis,preoperative N staging is of great importance in preoperative instruction. This review will summarize imaging studies in N staging of gastric cancer in preoperative at home and abroad in recent years.
