摘  要:本研究基于高效液相色谱法建立了一种准确、快速检测食(饮)具中直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)残留量的方法。样品经提取、浓缩后用高效液相色谱法进行测定。液相色谱条件优化为:色谱柱:菲罗门C8(4.6mm×250mm×5μm);流动相体积比:甲醇∶乙酸铵(称取乙酸铵1.54g,用水溶解并定容至1000m L,再用氨水,调节至pH=9)=77∶23;流速:0.8m L/min;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL;检测波长:220nm。并对方法的准确度、精密度和实际样品进行测定,结果均令人满意。结果表明,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)方法简单,准确度高,在实际测定中有广泛的应用前景。A method was developed for the determination of LAS residues in tableware by HPLC. Samples were extracted, concentrated and determined by HPLC. The final analytical conditions were as follows : C8 column (4. 6mm ×250mm×5μm ), the ratio of methanol and ammonium acetate (ammonium acetate weighed 1.54g, dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL, then ammonia, adjusted to pH = 9) was 77:23, flow rate as 0.8mL / min, column temperature as 30℃, injection volume as 20μL, detection wavelength as 220nm. The accuracy, precision and actual samples of the method were measured. The results showed that high - performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was simple, accurate with a wide range of applications in actual measurement.
