摘 要:筒仓工程施工中多采用单体液压滑模系统,该系统技术也比较成熟。但对于大型筒仓群结构工程,由于筒仓数量较多,且施工工期紧,使用单体液压滑模系统势必因筒体互相之间的影响使得施工效率大大降低。结合具体工程,研发了多筒整体滑模施工技术,实现多筒整体同滑,有效解决了单筒体模架施工间的互相影响,且保证了施工质量。工程实践证明,该技术具有明显的技术经济效益。Monomer hydraulic slip form system is comparative maturity and has been wildly adopted in silo construction. However, with regard to large-scale group silos which usually have several silos to be constructed meantime and possess relatively short time, monomer hydraulic slip form system technology will lower the efficiency of construction. Based on particular engineering, the integrated slip form construction technology for RC group silos was developed to solve the construction problem and guarantee the construction quality. The engineering practice has proved that the technology has obvious technical and economic benefits.
