摘　　要：实训基地是高职人才培养的重要场所,工学结合、校企合作是高职人才培养的必由之路,探索政府、行业、企业、学校举办职业教育实训基地是近年来人们普遍关注和研究课题。文章以中央财政支持物联网综合实训基地为例,从建设目标、建设思路、建设方案、建设成效等方面探讨政行企研校五位一体、校企合作联盟的基地建设模式。Training base is an important place for higher-vocational talent cultivation,while working-learning combination and school-enterprise cooperation are the only road to higher-vocational talent cultivation.Exploring the way for the government, industry, enterprises and schools to set up vocational education training bases is a research topic that has attracted public attention in recent years.By taking the comprehensive training base of the intemet of things funded by the central government as an example,this paper makes a discussion on the base construction mode integrated of governments, industries,enterprises,schools and institutions,and based on school-enterprise cooperation from such aspects as construction target,construction thinking,construction scheme and construction effectiveness.
