老年消化道肿瘤患者围手术期的中西医结合处理

摘　　要：目的分析采用中西医结合处理在老年消化道肿瘤患者围手术期中的效果。方法选取我院2012年1月-2014年6月收治的90例老年消化道肿瘤患者作为此次研究的对象,对90例患者进行个体化手术治疗,术后围手术期给予中西结合处理。结果治疗后90例患者中有76例患者肿瘤切除,切除率为84.4%,围手术期死亡6例,死亡率为6.7%,术后90例患者中有20例患者出现不同程度的并发症,并发症发生率为22.2%。结论对老年消化道肿瘤患者术后给予围手术期中西结合处理利于患者根治,减少患者并发症发生率,值得临床推广使用。【Objective】To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on elderly patients with gastrointestinal in perioperation period. 【Methods】Received 90 cases of elderly patients with digestive tract cancer as the research object in our hospital from 2012 January to 2014 June.the individual operation treatment of 90 cases of patients with postoperative peri operation period, given the combination of Chinese and Western treatment.【Results】After the treatment,76 patients tumor resection, resection rate was 84.4%, 6 cases of deaths in peri operation period, the mortality rate was 6.7%, 20 patients had different degrees of complications, the complication rate was 22.2%. 【Conclusion】The postoperative elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumor treated with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine is good to undergoing, and good to reduce complications in patients, is worthy of clinical use.
