摘　　要：由染料微胶囊制备的信息记录材料,具有记录速度快、成像效果好、加工方法简便、无环境污染等诸多优点。但微胶囊制备时单独使用一种热敏染料会发生染料结晶析出问题影响其过滤。本文在制备微胶囊时采用两种相似结构的热敏染料组合使用,在不影响信息记录材料发色光谱的情况下,解决了微胶囊染料结晶析出引起的过滤困难问题。The information recording materials prepared by thermal sensitive microcapsules had the advantages of recording speedily, processing goodly, environmental friendly. But when we used one kind of thermal-sensitive dye alone for microcapsules preparation , the dye crystallization affected the filtering of microcapsule emulsion. If two kinds of similar structure thermal-sensitive dye were used combination during microcapsules preparation,, thus, we solved the filtering problems caused by the thermal-sensitive dye crystallization. And the use of dye combination did not affect on the spectrum performance of information recording materials
