摘　　要：采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PECVD)法在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜表面制备气体阻隔层获得高阻隔薄膜产品。针对高阻隔薄膜阻隔性能异常现象,通过微观结构分析和膜层成分分析,确定了异常数据点出现的原因。并通过增加表面平坦化处理的方法,对高阻隔膜成膜工艺进行改进。The gas barrier coating was prepared on polyethylene terephthalate （PET） substrate by Plasma Enhance Chemical Vapor Deposition （PECVD）. The cause of abnormal barrier property was ascertained by analyzing the microstructure and coating components. Finally, we improved the barrier coating manufacturer technology through planarization the substrate surface.
