摘  要:针对浮标式高频地波雷达系统,分析了雷达平台晃动对回波信号相位的影响,并且提出一种基于S变换的相位补偿方法。该方法利用信号窄带分量中能量最大者作为相位补偿的标校信号,采用S变换的时频分析方法对雷达信号的瞬时频率以及相位进行估计,实现对回波信号相位补偿。仿真结果显示一阶海洋回波谱得到了很好的锐化,与相位污染前的多普勒频谱相近,从而验证了方法的有效性。For buoy-based high-frequency surface wave radar system, the influence of buoy platform movement to the radar echo signal are analyzed, and a phase compensation algorithm based on S-transform is presented to eliminate the influence on echo signal phase caused by buoy platform movement. The method uses a narrowband signal component with greatest energy as a phase compensation calibration signal, and then estimates the instantaneous frequency and phase of radar echo signal with S-transform, realizing the phase compensation of echo signal. The results show that the first-order sea echo spectrum are well sharpened and is similar to the echo Doppler spectrum of original signal which verifying the effectiveness of the method.
