摘  要:为了满足九华山超高佛像的工程建造需求,独创性地提出了采用新型环形空间网格结构作为佛像外部承力构架的方案,并采用MSGS、MIDAS软件对不同的施工荷载工况进行了计算分析。该结构体系空间刚度大、自平衡性能好并且工程造价较为经济,同时也是高次超静定、安全储备大的结构体系。依托外部承力构架对佛像一般部位、头肩部、禅杖等关键部位进行了设计,解决了铜壁板吊装、垂直运输以及水平运输等技术难题。环形空间网格构架新技术的研究与成功应用为超高超大佛像工程的建造、维护提供了新的思路,具有一定的推广和应用价值。To satisfy the construction demands of Jiuhua Super-High Buddha Statue, the paper proposes a new annular spatial grid structure as the external load-bearing frame for bronze buddha statue, and numerical analysis under different loading conditions has been made by using MSGS and Midas software. The spatial grid structure has multiple advantages including high spatial stiffness, excellent self-balance ability and relatively lower cost, which is also a high- order statically indeterminate and highly secured structural system. Also, several critical locations such as head and shoulders are designed based on the outer frame structure, and some construction difficulties such as copper panel lifting and installation, vertical and horizontal transportation, are resolved. The successful application of this new spatial grid structure provides an innovative solution for the construction and maintenance of high-rise buddha statues.
