翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨翼状胬肉患者实施翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的临床效果。方法选择患有翼状胬肉疾病的90例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例。单纯采用翼状胬肉切除术方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者翼状胬肉疾病手术治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);翼状胬肉疾病手术治疗总时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植方式对患有翼状胬肉疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。Objective The implementation of the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with autologouslimbal stem cell transplantation on pterygium patients were studied, Methods In 90 patients with pterygium patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 45 cases in each group. With simple pterygium excision tocontrol the implementation of the patients in the treatment group; the pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment group patients treatment. Results The treatment ofpterygium operation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）; In the operation of pterygium recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application ofpterygium excision combined with autologous limbalstem cell transplantationon pterygium patients with the implementation of the clinical treatment effect is very obvious.
