摘　　要：铝热传输复合材料主要应用于汽车、家电、机械设备的热交换系统及火力电站空冷系统等领域。活套剪是介于厚箔剪和板带剪之间的、适用于剪切铝热传输复合材料的新型剪切设备。结合1 600 mm薄带活套剪切机组工程实际,介绍了活套剪切机组中,圆盘剪的结构特点,剪切原理,重点介绍剪切力的计算公式。The field of aluminum composite material of heat transfer is mainly used in heat exchange system of automobiles, home appliances, machinery and air cooling system in thermal power plants. Loop slitting line is the new type cutting line suitable for cutting aluminum composite material of heat transfer, which is arranged between the thick foil cutter and sheet ＆ strip cutter. In this paper, based on the 1 600 mm thin aluminium foil loop slitting line, the structure characteristic, disc shear principle are introduced, focusing on the calculation formula of shear stress.
