摘　　要：目的探索一条适合工业化生产的诺贝硝酯的合成工艺。方法以非诺贝特酸为起始原料,经成盐、酯化及硝酸酯化3步反应,制得诺贝硝酯粗品,经重结晶得到诺贝硝酯,并用HPLC法测定其纯度。结果与结论合成了高纯度的诺贝硝酯。所用工艺操作简便,产品纯度高,总收率23%,适合工业化生产。OBJECTIVE To explore a suitable synthesis process for industrialized production of Fenofibrate nitrate. METHODS The crude product of Fenofibrate nitrate was prepared by salification, esterification and nitric esterification of the starting material Feno- fibrate acid. The final pruduct was then obtained by recrystallization and detected by HPLC. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Fenofi- brate nitrate with high purity was prepared. The improved process is simple and could get high purity product with yield of 23% , and could be suitable for industrialized production.
