摘 要:目的研究黄山花楸果、叶和茎中的挥发油成分,比较其在化学成分及含量上的差异。方法采用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取黄山花楸3个不同部位的挥发油,并通过GC-MS鉴定;用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果首次从3种不同部位的挥发油中分别鉴定出61、41、35种化学成分,其成分在种类和含量上都存在一定差异。结论黄山花楸不同部位的挥发油中均含有多种活性成分和较高的药用价值。OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oils from fruits, lvaves and stems of Sorbus amabilis, and to compare the differences among their chemical composition and content. METHODS The oils were extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction from three different parts of S. amabilis. The chemical compounds were identified by GC - MS and the relative content of the compounds were determined by peak area normalization method. RESULTS Sixty - one, forty - one and thirty- five compounds were identified from the three parts respectively for the first time, and the constituents and contents were different. CONCLUSION A variety of active ingredients with high medicinal value are found in the volatile oils from the different parts of S. amabilis.
