摘 要:目的对临床分离多药耐药草绿色链球菌进行种间鉴定。方法生理、生化试验;16S r DNA序列同源性分析:提取待鉴定细菌基因组DNA,多聚酶链式反应(PCR)扩增16S r DNA,测序后上传至美国国立生物技术信息中心(NCBI)数据库与已知序列进行比较。结果应用16S r DNA序列同源性分析方法可对因受抗菌药治疗影响,培养困难,糖发酵特征发生改变而无法通过生化试验进行鉴定的菌株做出准确鉴定。结论在无法通过生化试验方法对细菌作出准确鉴定时,16S r DNA序列同源性分析是一种可靠的鉴定方法。Objective To identify species of Viridans streptococci with multidrug resistance. Methods Physiological and biochemical tests;16S r DNA sequence homology analysis: the genomic DNA of the bacteria was extracted,and 16 S r DNA was amplified by using polymerase chain reaction. Then 16 S r DNA sequence was analyzed and compared. Results16 S r DNA sequence homology analysis could accurately identify the species of Viridans streptococci with multidrug resistance,even those bacterias which were can't be accurately identified by biochemical tests because of antibiotic effects, harsh culture and changed biochemical character.Conclusion 16 S r DNA sequence homology analysis is a good method,when bacteria can not be accurately identifed by singl biochemical tests.
