摘　　要：本研究以东京都立中央图书馆及26个市公立图书馆为例,通过细致的数据调查并结合相关案例分析日本图书馆残障读者服务的情况。东京各馆的特色在于根据读者的残障状况提供差异化服务,自制录音、点字资料,残障文献储备丰富,残障文献资源共建共享程度较高,以及提供多样化的残障读者服务等。This study mainly analyzes the service to the disabled reader in Japan＇s libraries, taking Tokyo central library and 26 city public libraries for example, through careful data survey and relative cases. The characteristics are just as follows：according to the reader＇s disability status providing differentiated services, home- made recordings and Braille literatures, rich disability literature reserves, and high degree of co-construction and sharing on disability literature resources, as well as providing diversified service for disabled readers. 6 tabs. 12 refs.
