摘 要:以创意为核心的一种新的发展范式——创意经济正在逐渐被人们认识到是推动全球经济增长的重要驱动力。如何为创意进行合理定价是这种极富稀缺性的要素得到有效配置的关键。创意的鲜明特性决定了创意的定价缺乏有效的直接交易市场,同时又有别于普通的知识要素而不能直接引用"杨—黄"间接定价理论模型。笔者通过引入交易风险和知识产权收益两个因素,建立了改进型的间接定价模型,研究了作为均衡结构的自给自足和企业分工的存在条件。研究结果显示,不确定性和知识产权收益对创意交易定价的一般均衡结构均有着重要影响:当创意的交易风险降低时,创意的市场组织均衡结构会出现一个从自给自足到分工结构的跳跃;当知识产权收益足够高时,创意者可能做出放弃剩余索取权转而换取创意的知识产权,即选择成为分工体系中的雇员。因此,笔者认为,加强创意的知识产权保护,且有效配置创意的知识产权,是提高创意者的创造积极性,进而引发万众创新局面的关键因素。Creative economy, which is a new economic development paradigm focusing on creative idea, is gradually recognized as an important driving force for global economic growth. However, how to price creative idea in a reasonable way matters the effective allocation of this economic factor full of scarcity. The features of creative idea determine the lack of efficient direct transaction market for price creative idea; meanwhile, creative idea's differences from other common knowledge make the indirect pricing theory of Yang and Ng hard to be directly applied to it. We create an improved indirect pricing model by bringing in two factors: uncertainty and intellectual property benefit, further, we study the existence conditions of equilibrium structure of self-sufficiency and division of labor. The result shows uncertainty and intellectual property benefit have important effects on the general equilibrium structure of creative idea transaction. When the certainty of creative idea is improved, the general organization equilibrium would transform from self-sufficiency to a form of division of labor; when intellectual property benefit is high enough, innovator may quit the residual claim and turn to getting the intellectual property of creative idea, that is, innovator choose to become the employee. We think strengthening intellectual property protection and allocating the intellectual property of creative idea efficiently are key factors to motivate innovators and encourage people to do business creatively and drive innovations.
