哲学人类学视角下的大学教师的卓越发展

摘　　要：大学教师的卓越发展何以可能?本文以哲学人类学为视角,从人的自我超越与人的自我认识的危机两个方面对这一命题进行解读,一方面,自我超越是人的本性,大学教师对卓越的追求源于人的生命的潜在驱动力——人的自我超越性,另一方面,人的直接认识的盲目性以及内省认识的非客观性和不全面性,导致了人的自我认识的危机,这也是大学教师卓越丧失的内在根源。在人的自我超越与人的自我认识的危机的张力的作用下,大学教师需要跳出片面追求学术卓越以及片面追求教学卓越的藩篱,成为一名卓越的学习者,只有这样才能最终成就有灵魂的卓越。How possibility of teachers＇ excellent development in university？ In the perspective of philosophical anthropology,this article depends on the two aspects of the self transcendence and the crisis of human self-awareness. On the one hand,self-surpassing is human nature,teachers in the pursuit of excellence is the result of a potential driving force-self transcendence. On the other hand,the blindness of people＇s direct understanding and the objectivity and not comprehensive of introspection,led to the crisis of human self-awareness,which are also the inner source of loss of teachers＇ outstanding.In one＇s self transcendence and the crisis of human self-awareness under the action of tension,university teachers need to jump out of the one-sided pursuit of academic excellence and teaching excellence and become an excellent learner,only in this way they can become truly excellence with the soul.
