摘  要:以10个马铃薯品种的试管苗为试验材料,以培养基中30mmol/L NaCl进行耐盐胁迫,测定株高、茎叶鲜重、根鲜重、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量、单株结薯数、单株最大薯直径、单株薯鲜重。通过主成分分析,将这些性状综合成3个独立因子这3个合并因子反映原来变量信息量的88.635%。根据供试品种性状主成分因子的综合表现得出各品种耐盐性强弱排序:克新12号>克新18号>大西洋>ND0706-62>布尔班克>Umatilla>夏坡蒂>抗疫白>Ranger Russet>垦薯1号。In this paper, plantlets of 10 potato varieties were taken as materials and 30mmol/L NaC1 was added into medium for testing salt tolerance of potato by measuring ten traits of plant height, stem diameter and fresh weight of stem and leaf and so on. Through the principal component analysis, these traits were integrated into three independ- ent factors, which accounted for 88. 635 % of total variation. Based on the overall performance of principal compo- nents,the salt tolerance of tested varieties was sorted as from strong to weak: Kexin 12 〉 Kexin 18 〉 Atlantic 〉 ND0706-62 〉 Burbank 〉 Umatilla 〉 Shepody 〉 Kennebe 〉 Ranger Russet 〉 Kenshu 1.
