摘　　要：目的评价采用Magfit磁性附着体固位的单颌或全口覆盖义齿的远期修复效果。方法对19位患者采用磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复,其中上颌9件,下颌14件,使用Magfit EX400/600磁性附着体51枚。在修复后3个月、1年、3年、5年进行复查,调查患者使用义齿的满意度和检查基牙健康状况。结果患者对义齿的美观性、舒适性、稳定性、咀嚼功能、语言功能及对义齿总体满意度等6项评价满意率均为100%,松动基牙均变稳固。结论 Magfit磁性附着体能使覆盖义齿获得良好的固位,有利于基牙的稳固,患者评价满意度高,具有良好的远期修复效果。Objective To evaluate the long-term effect of Magfit magnetic attachments on sin-gle or complete overdenture.Methods 19 patients were treated with magnetic attachment over-denture,including 9 maxillary and mandibular 14, with 51 magnetic attachments of EX400/600 Magfit .Investigated were the satisfaction degree of the patients and the health status of the pa-tients after 3 months,1 year,3 years,5 years.Results The satisfactory rate of the patients was 100%about aesthetic,comfort,stability,chewing function,language function and total satisfac-tion of denture.All loose abutment teeth became firm.Conclusion Magfit magnetic attachments can get good solid position in the cover denture,and are conducive to the stability of the abut-ment teeth.Patients satisfaction is high,and have good long-term repair effect.
