摘  要:根据军校任职教育发展和军事人才培养的内在要求,建立一支既懂军事又懂英语的“双师型”军事英语教员队伍势在必行。从任职院校军事英语教员队伍的现状出发,提出“双师型”军事英语教员培养的对策,通过加强自身学习、完善培养机制、示范引导等措施,打造一支综合素质高、教学能力强的英语教员队伍,从而能够尽快适应军队任职教育转型需要。According to the request of military graduate education and talent training, constructing a double qualified military English teacher team is necessary. This paper analyzes the current situation of the military English teacher team and puts forward counter-measures in bringing up double qualified military English teachers, throught self-study,training mechanism and demonstration guide.
