摘 要:在社会发展趋向生态文明背景下,企业生产经营也要与之适应.企业采取生态经营行为的程度与企业主观意愿和客观能力两大因素有关,而这些因素又受预期收益及风险影响.企业生态技术收益要经历三个基本关键点,这些都构成了企业收益风险,都影响着企业采取生态技术的意愿,在这三个基本点中,政府、企业、消费者群体分别起到关键作用.所以,在有效降低企业风险,增加企业采取生态经营行为的满意度方面,消费者群体要提升自我素质,合理分辨和评估生态产品的效用价值;政府应该加大行业认证、生产与消费补贴的工作力度;企业应该加强技术转化能力、市场推广能力和社会沟通能力.In the context of social development trend of ecological civilization, the production and operation of enterprises are also adapt to it. The degree of Enterprises to adopt eco-business practices is related with two factors of their willingness and ability, which are affected by the expected return and risk. The profit process of Eco-technology business has three basic key points. These points constitute the enterprise' income risk, and which affects its willingness to adopt eco-technology. Government, enterprise and consumer groups play a key role in this process. Therefore, to reduce business risk and increase satisfaction of enterprises to adopt eco-business activities, consumer should enhance self-quality, reasonably identify and assess the effectiveness of the ecological value of the product, and the government should increase industry certification, job production and consumption subsidies intensity, also enterprises should strengthen technology transfer capabilities, marketing skills and social communication skills.
