摘  要:在一台增压柴油机上探讨了恒转速、不同起始负荷以及相同加载范围下不同转速对发动机加载过程中燃烧及排放性能的影响。试验结果表明:在转速一定的条件下,相较于高怠速起始负荷的加载过程,起始负荷为部分负荷时加载过程中进气的响应性及缸内燃烧过程有一定程度的改善,碳烟排放量变化较小,而NOx的排放量变化较为明显,增幅变化是高怠速起始负荷NOx排放量的80%;转速不同的条件下,相较于高恒定转速,低恒定转速的瞬变过程中烟度的恶化程度急剧增大,NOx的改善程度提高。The performance of transient operating condition is different under different working conditions for turbocharged engine.The effects of different initial loads under constant engine speed,different engine speed with the same increasing torque process on engine combustion process and emissions were investigated on a turbocharged diesel engine.The results indicate that,compared with high idle increasing torque,initial load as partial load has improving effect on the responsiveness of air intake and combustion process at constant speed and the smoke opacity varies slightly.However,the change of NOxis significant,which is about 80% more than that of high idle initial load with constant speed and increasing torque.Results also show that for different speed conditions,compared with high constant speed in transient combustion process,the deterioration of smoke opacity is worse and the improvement of NOxemission is enhanced at low constant speed.
