摘  要:抗VEGF目前已经成为治疗新生血管性AMD的临床一线方法,同时其也在糖尿病黄斑水肿、视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿以及早产儿视网膜病变、新生血管性青光眼等视网膜血管相关病变的治疗中得到广泛应用。在此背景下,对于上述疾病视网膜激光光凝术的治疗意义和方法发生了哪些变化?本文就激光光凝术在抗VEGF治疗时代的作用、价值及意义进行总结和分析,并对未来联合治疗方案进行初步探讨,以期避免临床治疗误区,同时也为新生血管性眼病的防治提供思路。Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) therapy has recently become the first-line treatment for wet age related macular degeneration, macular edema secondary to diabetic retinopathy and retinal vein occlusion, retinopathy of prematurity and neovascular glaucoma. It is worth thinking about whether laser photocoagulation still has its therapeutic value in these diseases. The purpose of this article is to discuss the role of laser photocoagulation in the anti-VEGF therapy era. And the article also discussed the combined treatment strategy in order to avoid clinical errors and to provide a new insight for prevention and treatment of ocular neovascular disease in the future.
