麻醉科专科医师规范化培训的实践

摘　　要：目的：探讨如何有效实施麻醉科专科医师规范化培训。方法：选择我院2013年麻醉科专科医师培训基地招录的往届已完成住院医师规范化培训的10名医师,严格执行麻醉科专科医师规范化培训计划,一年后进行年度考核。结果：所有培训医师年度考核成绩均达到良好及以上。90%的培训医师表示经过一年专科培训后其独立思考能力、分析解决问题的能力有所提高,100%的培训医师认为其临床操作能力有提高,80%的培训医师认为其科研能力得到提高,60%的培训医师认为教学能力有所提高,70%的培训医师认为沟通能力有所提高。结论：执行严格的准入标准、培训计划和考核制度的麻醉科专科医师规范化培训,有助于加强麻醉学科人才培养力度,提升麻醉科专科医师整体素质,提高麻醉学科的整体实力。Objective：Discussion on how to effectively implement specialist standardized training for anesthesiologist. Methods：ten anesthesiologists who completed resident doctor standardization trainning were recruited by Shanghai Ninth People＇s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 2013, strictly implemen~ the training plan, annual examined after one year of training. Results： The annual examination results of all the ten anesthesiologists were good and above, ninty percent of them think it can help to improve the ability of autonomic learning and solving problem, all of them think their clinical skills have improved, eighty percent of them think their Scientific research ability is improved, sixty percent of them think their Teaching ability is improved,seventy percent of them think the training plan can help to improve the ability of communication. Conclusion： Strictly implementation of the admittance criterion, training plan and examination system in specialist standardized training for anesthesiologist helps to strengthen the training efforts of anesthesia discipline talents, improve the overall Quality of anaesthesia specialist, enhance the overall strength of the anesthesiology det^artment.
