摘　　要：高等学校党建的根本目的是培养人才,高等学校通过党建工作的思想引领作用,牢牢把握大学意识形态工作领导权,办好中国特色社会主义大学,培养中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。高等学校党建工作对人才培养进行思想引领的主要内容包括:引领人才培养目标的政治方向,引领大学立德树人和人才价值观教育,引领人才培养中的理想信念教育。高等学校党建工作为人才培养的思想引领作用提供的组织保障包括:强化党委领导核心的组织保障,加强工作机构和实践活动的组织保障,夯实党员干部队伍的组织保障,构筑教师思想政治素质的组织保障。The fundamental purpose cultivation. The Party building work grasp the hegemony of ideological of the Party building work in colleges and universities lie in talent playing an ideological leading role enables colleges and universities to work of colleges and universities firmly, run socialist colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics and cultivate builders and successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The ideological leading role the Party building work of colleges and universities plays in talent cuhivation are mainly embodied in leading the political direction of talent cultivation, leading collegiate moral education and the education of talents＇ values and leading the education of ideal and faith in talent cultivation. The organizational guarantee which the Party building work of colleges and universities provides for its playing an ideological leading role in talent cultivation includes strengthening the function of the Party committee as leading nucleus, reinforcing the work organization and practical activity of the Party building, enhancing the service ability of the Party member cadres and constructing the ideological and political quality of teaching staff.
