大学生职业生涯规划教育问题及其对策

摘　　要：目前,大学生职业生涯规划教育存在教学组织不够重视、教育目的不准确、课程体系不完善、师资队伍不健全、服务配套不优化等主要问题,制约高等农业院校职业生涯规划教育的主要因素是传统精英教育的沿袭、陈腐就业观念的陋习、高等教育内容的缺失、家庭教育环境的诱导、不良社会环境的影响,以及就业理论研究的薄弱等。高等农业院校应把大学生职业生涯规划教育放在与抓学校教学、科研同样重要的位置,基本思路是建立一个适合高等农业院校特点的大学生职业生涯规划教育体系,坚持理论与实践相结合、全程化与阶段化相结合、专业化与职业化相结合、全员化与个性化相结合、主体化与多样化相结合,全面推进高等农业院校大学生职业生涯规划教育工作,为国家培养高素质人才做出不懈的努力。Currently, the major problems such as belittled by teaching organization, aimless of educational purposes, inadequate course construction, unsound teaching staff and un-optimized correlative service for college student occupation career planning education do exist in higher teaching institutions. The major factors that restrict education of college student occupation career planning in agricultural universities including inheritance of traditional elite education, bad custom of fusty employment idea, lack of higher teaching content, inducement of home literacy environment, influence of bad social environment and weakness of employment theory research etc. Education of college student occupation career planning should be treated as important as daily teaching and scientific research. The basic route to perform college student occupation career planning education in agricultural universities are as follows：Establishing a teaching system suitable for the practical characteristic of college student occupation career planning and insisting on the combination of theory and practice, whole process and staging, specialization and professionalization, whole-staff-participation and individuation, subjectification and diversification in agricultural universities. Comprehensively promoting the college student occupation career planning education and making unremitting efforts to cultivate high-quality talents for the country.
