摘　　要：培养大学生社会责任感既是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容,也是加强社会主义核心价值观教育,传承优秀文化与弘扬传统美德,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦,促进大学生成长成才的价值诉求。培养大学生社会责任感,必须以马克思主义关于责任与自由、个人与社会关系作为重要理论基础,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,做到知情意行相统一,把握关键环节,在深化责任认知、强化责任认同、引领责任行动上下工夫、见成效。Cultivating college students＇ sense of social responsibility is both an important content of the ideological and political education and a value appeal of strengthening the socialist core values education, inheriting the excellent Chinese culture and carrying forward the Chinese traditional virtues, realizing the Chinese Dream of rejuvenating the Chinese nation, and promoting college students＇ growth. To Cultivate college students＇ sense of social responsibility, the relationship between responsibility and freedom and that between individual and society in Marxism should be treated as important theoretical basis, the socialist core values as guidance, relevant elements such as cognition, emotion, determination and action all unified, key links grasped, and evenly effort made to strengthen the cognition, identification and guidance of social responsibility effectively.
