摘　　要：本文探讨了人口、技术与组织这三方面因素给当代社会经济活动带来的巨大变化,分析了20世纪以市场制度和公司制度为核心的主流经济制度的局限性,阐述了经济分化格局以及充满复杂性和多样性的现实世界给主流经济制度带来的艰巨挑战。本文认为,进入21世纪,经济制度分析需要向三个方向推进转变:一是转向跨层次思维;二是转向适应多重制度逻辑支配的混合组织;三是转向多中心主义与多中心治理体制。This paper discusses the economic challenges for the human society in 21 Century.The rapid growth of population and the accelerating development of science and technology innovation are changing the established world economic order.Since the rate of the change of the technology system in the physical universe is much faster than that of the organizational systems relating to the ideological universe of human beings,it really poses a formidable challenge to mankind.The prevailing economic system is high-efficient in pushing for economic growth,but it has ignored the problem of the economic differentiation within the whole society.In the existing economic system,all the institutions that are related to the accumulation of capital,technology and material factors constitute the hard constraint forces of the market which have strong incentive effect;however,all the non-economic factors related to the moral and cultural traditions are only soft constraint forces compared with the power of the market,and their influence to human behavior is relatively small.While the mechanism is doomed,the market system is unable to solve the problem of economic differentiation and economic fluctuations.The theory forming the basis of Keynesian economics is that,the government can intervene with the fluctuation of the market economy,and to resolve the problem of market failure.The Keynesian doctrine＇s effort to preventing the tendency of economic differentiation and economic fluctuations may work in the short term,but in the long-term,it is ineffective.During the process of the intensification of economic differentiation,the relationship between the social economic system and the institutional participants within the system will be deeply split.In the complex organizational situation,it is much easier for the market system and the company system to consolidate their own legitimacy,and this is inevitable to be at the expense of the diversity of other value systems.The consequence is that,when the whole society is increasingly eager fo
