摘　　要：减震器是摩托车的重要部件,其性能影响到整车的安全性和舒适性。然而,减振油的泄漏会造成减振性能下降、甚至完全丧失,从而影响整个减震器的效能。以某型号前减震器为依据,从零件质量、生产工艺、使用环境方面分析了漏油的原因,并通过试验对漏油件进行了质量检测与分析,在对照分析的基础上提出了相应的改进措施,对减震器的设计制造质量改善有重要意义。Shock absorber is an important part of motorcycle. It can affect the safety and comfortability of motorcycle. However, the leakage of the oil from shock absorber can reduce the effectiveness of the shock absorber and to affect the performance of the whole shock absorber. Taking a certain type of front shock absorber as the example, the cause of oil leakage is analyzed in the aspects of quality, production process and environment etc.. The quality of oil leakage is detected and analyzed, and the improvement measures are also proposed. They will greatly improve the design and the quality of the shock absorber.
