摘 要:目的了解北京市昌平区市售一次性纸杯卫生质量状况,为政府部门有效监管提供技术支持。方法在昌平区农贸市场、超市及网店随机抽取一次性纸杯样品共150件,进行铅、脱色试验和荧光性物质检测,检测结果按照国家相关标准进行评价。结果 150件样品中合格137件,总合格率为91.33%。其中,各项指标中脱色试验合格率最低(92.67%);不同采样地点样品中农贸市场样品合格率最低(83.33%);不同标识情况样品中标识不清样品合格率最低(80.00%)。结论北京市昌平区市售一次性纸杯存在脱色试验和铅超标现象,建议相关监管部门加强原料选材、生产工艺等环节的全面监管,同时加强成品监测及流通环节的监管。Objective To investigate the hygienic quality of disposable paper cups sold in Changping District, Beijing City so asto provide the technical support for the governmental departments' effective monitoring. Methods One hundred and fiftydisposable paper cup samples were randomly sampled from farmers' markets, supermarkets and online stores in Changping Dis-trict for the sake of lead, decolofing and fluorescent substance tests, and the test results were evaluated in compliance with rele-vant national standards. Results There were 137 qualified samples among 150 samples, with the pass rate of 91.33 %. Thequalified rate of decolorization test was the lowest (92.67%). Among the samples collected from different sampling sites, thequalified rate of samples from farmers' markets was the lowest (83.33 % ). For samples with different labels, unclearly labdedsamples had the lowest pass rate ( 80.00 % ). Conclusions The disposable paper cups sold in Changping Disctrict, Beijing aresubstandard according to decoloring and lead tests, and therefore, it is suggested that relevant supervision departments monitorthe links such as raw material selection and production in an all - round manner, and strengthen the regulation over the monitor-ing and circulation links.
