新形势下高校思政类社团面临的困境及发展对策探究——以西安建筑科技大学求是学会为例

摘　　要：高等学校作为加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的生力军,在培养高素质人才,推动高等教育改革发展等方面肩负的重大责任和光荣使命。目前,传统思政类教学形式流于枯燥、吸引力差等局限,意识形态建设面临严峻考验。思政类社团作为新形势下高校意识形态建设和社团组织形式的有机融合,既有效发挥了思想教育的功能,又充分利用了学生社团的特性,理应得到充分重视,但目前仍存在很多困境。本文论述了当前高校思政类社团的现状与困境,并通过西安建筑科技大学求是学会的实际运作,探究了思政类社团在新形势下的发展模式、成长路径和解决困难与问题的对策。Universities, as fresh troops ducation of students, take the heavy and bearing the task of strengthening and honorable responsibility to pursue the promoting ideological and political e- revolution and development of higher education. At present, the ideological and political education is a mere formality, dull and unattractive, remaining a challenge to the construction of ideology. The ideological and political society, a combination of the ideological con- struction and the operating form of society, which plays an important role in the ideological education by means of the characteristics of students＇ society, deserves due attention. However, there still exist some problems in ideological society. This paper is mainly to discuss the recent situation and the dilemma of the university, and try to find a countermeasure out of its dilemma based on the practice in XAUAT.
