摘　　要：大学生就业难是目前普遍存在的问题,多数企事业单位在招聘人才时都需要有实践经验,这是多数毕业生就业时遇到的最大问题,也是导致大学生就业率低的主要原因;另一方面,招聘企业在招聘人才时也找不到合适的人才,总是找不到企业满意的人才。这就是目前高等教育面临的严重问题,为了解决这种矛盾,高校的人才培养模式就应该做出相应的调整,加强学生的实践能力,提高就业率。实践就业基地就是提供给毕业生进入社会前的一个锻炼和积累经验的一个场所,使得大学生把所学知识真正的应用于生产实践中,体会理论和实践相结合的意义,提高学生的动手能力,同时为学生的就业也提高更多的机会。因此人才培养中实践就业基地的建设就尤其重要,这是培养社会需求人才的保障,是提高就业率的保障。College students are facing with a universal problem： difficulty in employment. Most of the enterprises and institutions recruit talents with practical experience, which is the greatest difficulty for the graduates and the main reason for low employment. On the other hand, the recruiters could not find the best person for their compa- nies. Higher education is confronting with these serious problems, in order to solve this contradiction, college students training mode should be adjusted, and the practical ability of college students should be enhanced to improve the employment rate. Employment practice base is a place to exercise and accumulate experience before the graduates en- tering the society, which not only provides opportunities for the college students to apply knowledge in the production practice and understand the meaning of the combination of theory and practice,but also contributes to improving stu- dents＇ practical ability and creating more employment opportunities for the students. Thus, practice base plays an im- portant role in cultivating talents and improving employment rate.
