摘 要:在犹太伦理看来,对"他者"的触犯即是有罪,宽恕是有罪灵魂的解脱与拯救。触犯者能否得到宽恕,既取决于触犯者的诚意,也取决于被触犯者的善意。"他者"之不同于"他人",在于"他者"所蕴涵的神圣性,而这正是道德意识的价值源泉。基于理性、"他者"和普遍秩序的需要,必须实现向道德意识之价值源头的回归,这是疗救濒死的人类道德意识的现实支点。在古老的犹太伦理智慧中,谦恭、正义感和慈善是相互依存、无法割裂的整体,它使人们在正义的辩证活力和矛盾转化中,找到了一条端正而可靠的德性升华之路。In the view of Jewish ethics,violating "the others" is guilty,and forgiveness is a relief and salvation for a guilty soul. Whether the offenders can be forgiven both depends on the sincerity of offend- ers and the goodwill of innocents. The difference between "the others" and "the other people" lies in the sanctity that "the others" contain ,and this is exactly the source of values of human moral consciousness. In consideration of the needs of reason, "the others" and universal orders,the so-called moral consciousness must be returned to real moral consciousness,which is a realistic pivot that treats the dying human moral consciousness. In the ethical wisdom of ancient Jews,modesty,justice and charity are an interdependent whole,which makes people find a dignified and reliable,moral and sublimated road in righteous dialectical vitality and contradiction transformation.
