反相离子对高效液相色谱法测定啤酒中的B族维生素

摘　　要：建立反相离子高效液相色谱同时分离检测硫胺素VB1,核黄素VB2,烟酸VB3,泛酸VB5,吡哆素VB6,生物素VB7,叶酸VB9,钴胺素VB12的分析方法。结果表明,B族维生素各组分线性良好,各线性相关系数都在0.9993以上;并用此方法测定啤酒中B族维生素。平均回收率为98.04%~103.27%,其RSD为0.32%~1.26%。A method had been developed by Ion-pair RP-HPLC for simultaneous determination of eight water-soluble B vitamins（thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, biotin, folic acid and cobalamin） in beer. The method had excellent linearity with the correlation coefficients over 0.9993. And its average spike recovery varied from 98.04 % to 103.27 % with RSD within the range of 0.32 %~1.26 %.
