摘　　要：良恶性单椎体病变(single vertebral lesions,SVLs)鉴别诊断是医学界一大难题,本文通过查阅国内外近10年常规MRI及MRI新技术对良恶性SVLs诊断及鉴别诊断相关文献,总结出通过常规MRI的信号、形态学改变及MRI新技术三方面定性、定量分析,尤其是几种MRI新技术相结合,易于对良恶性的SVLs作出准确的诊断。It is a major challenge to given differential diagnosis of single vertebral lesions （SVLs）. This paper reviews the related articles in diagnosis and differential diagnosis with routine MRI or/and new MRI technologies in the past 10 years, which has summarized and concluded that is easy to make an accurate diagnosis of benign and malignant SVLs by giving qualitative and quantitative analysis of conventional MRI signal, morphological changes and new technologies of MRI, especially the combination of different techniques.
