摘  要:目的:探讨临床带教老师准入制在在护生安全管理中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月~2012年12月医院内护生发生不良事件产生的原因,采取临床护士自荐、科室推荐、护理部综合评定等方法选拔有资质的临床带教老师实施安全教学。结果:带教老师准入制的实施,使护士年度安全培训课程学习参培率达标100%,护理安全理论考试合格率97.71%,师资培训理论考试合格率98.52%,实习护生护理不良事件下降了55.51%。结论:选拔合格的师资力量,实施资质准入,从安全认知和行为等方面入手,强化带教老师的安全教育和考核,对规范实习护生安全行为,降低实习差错发生,保证患者安全具有积极的指导意义。Objective: To investigate the role of clinical teachers access system in the nursing interns safety management. Methods: Based on the analysis of adverse events caused by nursing interns in hospital during,2010- 2012,to improve the safety management. Taking clinical nurse self- recommend,departments recommend and comprehensive assessment of nursing department,carry out clinical teacher’s access system. Results: Clinical teachers access system pushed nursing internsattendance up to 100% in safety training,97. 71% of nursing interns passed nursing safety theory examination,98. 52% of teachers passed training theory examination,nursing safety events caused by nursing students decreased 55. 51%. Conclusion: Selecting qualified teachers,taking access system performed an positive guiding role in regulate nursing interns’ safety behavior and reduce errors.
