截根术治疗下颌磨牙病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评估单纯截根术治疗下颌磨牙的临床效果。方法 下颌磨牙病变16例,其中病变位于第一磨牙11例,第二磨牙5例;Ⅲ度根分叉病变6例,根尖周炎3例,根折2例,牙周-牙髓联合病变5例,均通过截根术进行治疗;术后随访6-24个月,观察临床效果。结果 16例患牙中14例治疗成功,成功率为87.5%。结论 通过截根术保守治疗下颌磨牙病变短期疗效满意。Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of root amputation in the treatment lesions. Methods Sixteen cases of mandibular molar lesions （11 mandibular first molar lesions and molar lesions） received root amputation, including class III furcation involvement in 6 mandi periodontitis in 3, root fracture in 2, and periodontal-endodontic lesions in 5. A follow-up survey months to evaluate the clinical effect. Results In 16 cases, 14 were successful with the succ Conclusion Root amputation has a satisfactory short-term result for mandibular molar lesions of mandibular molar 5 mandibular second bular molars, apical was done for 6 to 24 ess rate of 87. 5%.
