摘　　要：淮南职业技术学院在高职生思想政治理论课教学中,突出煤炭企业特色,创新教学理念,注重实际效果,通过"四化四为"的思政理论课教学体系建设,有力推动了高职生思想政治课教材体系向教师教学体系、知识体系向学生信仰体系的转化。Vocational College Students＂ Ideological and Political Theory Teaching emphasizes characteristics of coal enterprises, innovates teaching philosophy, and focuses on practical results, With the construction of Ideo- logical and Political Theory Course by the ＂four modernizations four fors＂ system, it strongly promotes the belief system conversion to students to teaching system of teachers, knowledge of vocational students ideological and text- book system.
