摘 要:传统的设计过程中,由于装填系统与装填产品在工作过程中共同形成一个平衡内力系统,其规模与载荷均较小,工作过程中载荷的影响并不明显。随着装填载荷与系统规模的不断扩大,装填工作过程载荷对系统稳定性影响日益显著,因此,需对装填系统工作过程中的总体载荷关系进行分析。文中以某装填系统启动瞬间产生的意外整体蹿动现象为出发点,分析了装填系统装填(退出)过程中尤其是启动瞬间的载荷关系,揭示了启动瞬间惯性力的产生来源,建立了装填系统平衡稳定模型,为提高装填系统的整体稳定性提供了参考。During the traditional design process, the filling system and filling products form a balanced internal force system in operation with small scale and load, so the load effect during operation is not obvious. With continual enlargement of the filling load and system scale, the load has increasingly significant effect on the system stabilization during filling; therefore, it's necessary to analyze the overall load relation of the filling system during operation. With the accidental inte- gral play generated from starting instant of the filling system as the start point, the load relation of the filling (exit) system during filling especially starting moment is analyzed, the source of inertia force generated from startup moment is discovered, and the balanced stabilized model is developed for the filling system, providing reference for improving the integral stability of the filling system.
