摘　　要：化工专业毕业设计、实习与就业工作之间的矛盾和脱节,导致化工专业人才培养质量下降。建立毕业设计、实习与就业一体化模式,通过完善化工专业人才培养方案,统筹安排毕业实习、毕业设计时间,深入开展校企产学研合作,实现学校和企业对学生毕业实习和毕业设计的双重指导,使毕业实习、毕业设计和就业工作协调推进,良性发展。The contradiction between graduation design,practice and employment of chemical engineering specialty led to the decline of the quality of chemical professional personnel training. The integration mode of graduation design,practice and employment was established,through the improvement of chemical professional personnel training plan,coordinate arrangements for graduation practice,graduation design time,in- depth cooperation between enterprises and colleges,the dual guidance of students＇ graduation practice and graduation design,graduation practice,graduation design and employment coordination was achieved to promote healthy development.
