摘　　要：基于我国地区制度环境存在较大差异的背景下,探讨股权结构多元化程度如何影响企业技术创新。在控制其他影响因素后,检验结果发现:位于市场化进程较高地区的企业,股权多元化越高越有利于促进企业技术创新,而位于市场化进程较低地区的企业,股权越集中越有利于促进企业技术创新。This paper studies on how diversified ownership structure affect enterprise technology innovation in order to stimu- late enterprise technology innovation and upgrade industrial structure, especially when there is a big difference in regional institutional environment in China. After controlling for other factors, test results show that： in enterprises in region with higher evolvement of marketization, the higher the ownership diversification, the more enterprise technology innovation ; on the contrary, in enterprises in region with lower evolvement of marketization, the higher the ownership concentration, the more enterprise technology innovation.
