摘　　要：目的：观察内镜下经鼻治疗泪囊炎应用美乐胶的临床疗效。方法：16例（18眼）应用美乐胶在内镜下经鼻行泪囊鼻腔吻合术。结果：术后随访6个月-1年,16例（18眼）治愈,2例造口堵塞,重新手术后治愈。结论：应用美乐胶内镜下经鼻泪囊鼻腔吻合术是治疗泪囊炎的有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinic treatment effectiveness of Mero Gel for dacryocystitis under endonasal endoscope. Methods： Eighteen patients were accepted Mero Gel for dacryocystitis under endonasal endoscope. Results： Followed up from 6 months to 1 year,16 cases were cured,2 cases were cured after second surgery due to the obstructon of lacrimal duct fistula. Conclusion： Endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy using Mero Gel is an effective method in treating dacryocystitis.
