摘　　要：建立了一种简单、快速同时测定糖果中苏丹橙G、甲基黄、对位红、柑桔红2号、苏丹红G、苏丹Ⅰ、苏丹Ⅱ、苏丹Ⅲ、苏丹红7B、苏丹红B和苏丹Ⅳ11种脂溶性着色剂的分析方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取,用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法（HPLC-DAD）测定,外标法定量。结果表明,11种目标着色剂在0.02~1.0mg/L范围呈良好线性,线性相关系数均大于0.999。定量限（S/N≥10）为10μg/kg,在10、20、40μg/kg 3个添加水平下的平均回收率为79.6%~97.6%,相对标准偏差为2.66%~6.76%。该方法稳定、可靠,适用于糖果中上述11种着色剂的测定。A simple and rapid method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 11fat-soluble colorants,including sudan orange G,dimethyl yellow,para red,citrus red 2,sudan red G,sudanⅠ,sudanⅡ,sudan Ⅲ,sudan red 7B,sudan red B and sudanⅣin candy.The sample was extracted by ethyl acetate and then detected by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection and quantified by the external standard method.The linearity was satisfactory with a correlation coefficient 0.999 at the concentrations ranging from 0.02 to 1.0mg/L for 11 colorants.The quantitation limits（S/N≥10）were10μg/kg.The average recoveries of 11 colorants at three spiked levels of 10,20 and 40μg/kg were between 79.6% and 97.6%,with the relative standard deviations of 2.66%-6.76%.The method is convenient and accurate,and can be applied to the determination of aforementioned 11 colorants in candy.
