摘　　要：分析了制动装置轻量化的必要性和可行性,通过对铁路货车制动装置各组成部件的自重分析和轻量化技术研究,提出了制动装置轻量化的思路和途径,有利于提高重载和快捷铁路货车的轻量化水平。The necessity and feasibility of lightening of braking equipment are analyzed.Via analysis of tare weight of the assemblies of the braking equipment on railway freight cars and the research of lightening technology,the thought and method of lightening of braking equipment are put forward,and they can help to improve the level of lightening of heavy haul and rapid railway freight cars.
