摘  要:文章针对污泥处理处置的关键技术,将连续微波辐射引入污泥的脱水预处理及低温热水解处置中,研究了在连续微波场中的不同停留时间对污泥脱水性能的影响,以及在停留时间10min不同溃入功率对污泥脱水性能的影响以及研究在溃入功率800W下温度对污泥脱水性能的影响。研究结果表明,在溃入功率800W下停留10min使污泥含水率最低,而其真空抽滤后的含水率却由原污泥直接抽滤的81%降至67%左右,在95℃左右污泥含水率最低并趋于稳定;因此适宜的微波辐射和适宜的温度能明显改善了污泥脱水效果。This paper according to the key technology of sludge disposal introduce a continuous microwave radiation in sludge dewatering pretreatment and disposal of low-temperature heat hydrolysis. Study on the different retention time of sludge dewatering properties in continuous microwave field, each of sludge dewatering crush power properties during retention time 10min and under the crush of the power 800W temperature properties of sludge dewatering.Research results show that,under the crush of the power 800W and stayed 10min, the sludge moisture content is lowest. By original sludge 81% water drop to 67% at the vacuum suction filter. Sludge moisture content is the lowest, and be more stable in 90℃. So in appropriate microwave radiation and temperature can improvement of sludge dewatering effects obviously.
