摘　　要：介绍食品级润滑脂的应用发展背景和国内外规范要求,以及食品级润滑脂的组成要素,结合滚动轴承的使用条件综述了滚动轴承食品级润滑脂的选用方法。认为环保、可降解、食品级润滑脂是滚动轴承润滑脂的应用发展方向。The application development background and specification requirements at home and abroad for food - grade grease are introduced, and the components are analyzed. The selecting method for food - grade grease of rolling bearings is reviewed combing with use conditions for rolling bearings. It is believed that the environmentally friendly, biode- gradable, food - grade grease is application development direction of greases for rolling bearings.
