摘  要:目的:对山楂中色素、黄酮类、三萜类、糖类等化学成分进行鉴定分析。方法:采用薄层色谱纸法、纸层析法、HPLC等分离手段对山楂化学成分进行分离,根据理化性质及波普数鉴定化学结构。结果:采用不同的方法,从山楂中分离出了四类化合物,分别为糖、色素、黄酮及三萜类化合物。结论:通过对山楂化学成分的鉴定分析,为山楂药材、提取物、保健品及药品的进一步开发利用及其质量控制的研究提供参考依据。Objective: chemical composition of the hawthorn pigment, flavonoids, triterpenoids, polysaccharides, etc. forensic analysis. Methods: TLC paper method, paper chromatography, HPLC and other separation means for separating chemical constituents of hawthorn, based on the number of physical and chemical properties and identification of the chemical structure of the Pope. Results: Using different methods, isolated from hawthorn in four categories compounds were sugar, pigments, flavonoids and triterpenoids. Conclusion: The identification of the chemical composition analysis of hawthorn, hawthorn herbs, extraction of further development of the substance, health products and medicines utilization and quality control to provide a reference.
