摘　　要：以广西科技大学化学工程与技术一级硕士授权学科的研究生为对象,构建研究生知识产权素养培养的教学内容和计划,并实施以激励研究生的创新能力,加强研究生知识产权意识,提高研究生运用知识产权知识和相关法律维护自己合法权益的能力为目标的研究生知识产权素养培养实践,获得了良好的实践效果,可在地方工科院校化工类研究生知识产权素养的培养中推广。In order to stimulate innovation, enhance intellectual property rights consciousness, improve integrated application capacity of intellectual property rights and laws knowledge for graduate student in local engineering university, carried out the education practice of intellectual property rights iteracy for graduate student of chemical engineering and technology subject in guangxi science and technology, constructed the educational content and plan of intellectual property rights iteracy for graduate student in local engineering university. We obtained good results by way of the practice and can be widespread.
