南京市某医院儿童保健科患儿家长医患沟通认知情况调查

摘　　要：目的:调查南京市某三甲医院儿童保健门诊就诊患儿家长对医患沟通的认知情况。方法:采取随机抽样调查方法对南京市某三甲医院儿童保健门诊360名患儿家长进行问卷调查。结果:73.6%的患儿家长认为自己的态度对医务人员的诊疗过程有影响,96%以上的患儿家长认为医务人员在体检、基本情况解释等方面的沟通到位,61.3%的患儿家长认为医生积极关注社会环境等因素对儿童的影响,72.5%的患儿家长认为就诊时间充足,64.3%的患儿家长认为医生的外在形象对自己诊疗行为产生影响。结论:应有针对性地提高医务人员的沟通技巧,加强对患者的科普宣教,改善诊疗环境和人员配备,从而促进医患沟通,构建和谐医患关系。Objective： To improve doctor- patient relationship,it analyzed parents of children cognitive situation about doctor- patient communication in- depth through the investigations on the parents of patients in child health clinic of hospital. Methods： It takes random sampling survey on parents of children in child health clinic of hospital and obtains 356 valid questionnaires. Results： Of these results,73. 6% of the parents deemed that their attitude would have impact on the process of diagnosis and treatment. More than 96% of parents considered the communication from medical affairs staff in side of physical examination,basic growth explain were positive. 61. 3% of parents think doctors pay enough attention to the influence of social and environmental factors on children. 72. 5% of parents considered doctors＇ office visiting was enough; 64. 3%of parents think that the body image of the doctors have impact on their diagnosis and treatment behavior. Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of popular science to patients by improving the communication skills of medical patients,promote the communication between doctors and patients and construct harmonious doctor- patient relationship by improving the medical environment and manning level.
