摘  要:实验设备是实验教学的物质保障。性能优异的实验设备在科学实验、培养学生创新精神、提高工程实践能力方面起到举足轻重的作用。高校在购置设备时设备指标设定过高,导致实验设备很多高端功能闲置不用,以致浪费大量经费的现象比较普遍。又因为设备指标设定过低或不合理,导致产生人身事故、实验数据误差过大、设备故障频发等现象。在长期的实验教学中根据安全性、可靠性、精确性、可扩展性的原则改造和创新实验设备,逐步建立实验设备合理的技术指标是切实可行的解决方案。东北大学国家电工电子教学示范中心经过3年时间的跟踪研究,制备的第5代电子技术综合实验箱在安全性、可靠性、精确性、可扩展性上得到了显著提高,受到了师生广泛好评。Laboratory equipment is the material security in experimental teaching. High performance laboratory equipment plays an important role in scientific experiments,improvement of the creativity of the students and engineering practice ability. When universities buy their equipments,the indicators are set too high. It may lead to a lot of advanced features of the experiments to be not used,hence,many funding is wasted. On the other hand,if the indicators are set too low,it may lead to personal accidents,more errors in the experiment,and the high frequency of the experiment failure. The solution of this problem is to establish reasonable indicators of the laboratory equipment by the long-term experimental teaching under the principle of safety,reliability,accuracy,scalability,reform and creation of the laboratory equipment. Through three years tracking research,the fifth generation electronic technical comprehensive experiment box prepared by Northeastern University national electrical and electronic teaching demonstration center has been improved in safety,reliability,accuracy,scalability,and praised by all teachers and students.
